This website is dedicated to a cute lady, whom everybody refers to as “Mai Eng”.

Mai Eng is known for the Hainanese songs. She composes and sings her own numbers. With an Instrument that resembles a small guitar, she will happily strum away her numbers.

All her songs carry a message, which can relate to her listeners. There are many requests for her to perform that she is always kept busy travelling from town to town in Malaysia. She hopes that through her effort, more Hainanese will learn to speak Hainanese more often.

I have obtained her permission to put her songs for you to listen. If you appreciate her songs, I hope that you can make a small contribution.
